Per previous denials upon re - inspection the site is under construction and at a point where measurements and details of submittal cannot be confirmed for building, canopy and freestanding signage. Additional inspections to site prior to detail confirmations will be issued re-inspections fees of $100 per trip.

In addition a CSU approval form is required from Zach Sheare with re-submittal of sign permit application to confirm location of freestanding signs compliance.

Thank you for your submittal. Formal review of application requires structural framing and walls of all buildings in the construction phase on the development prior to permitting. Upon inspection site is currently in the grading phase of construction. In addition all site plans require a minimum of (2) indicated setback dimensions identifying the location of the freestanding sign.
Per proposed application the overall height of thefreestanding sign is identified at 20ftt - per code based on the linear frontage along Austin Bluffs an overall height of 18ft is allocated by code.
NOTE: Prior to Regional Bldg. issuing a sign permit, please contact Zach Sheare (719) 668-8122 with Utilities. Your sign location may be in conflict with existing utilities.
