Per site inspection property was found to have multiple temporary yard signs in City Right of way aligning New Life Dr. in landscape buffer on southern frontage. In addition the large construction/real estate sign identifying Challenger Homes on the southern frontage requires a "revocable" permit.
Please submit a 11 x 17 scaled site plan identifying two indicated setback dimensions for the sign location as per required for formal review.
