Denied:
Thank you for your submittal. Per CSP requirements as well as compliance requirements for site inspections, this site was recorded to have multiple non complying signs within the development that must be removed prior to permit approvals.
Multiple temporary banners located throughout the development mounted to accessory structures. Two water tanks at the east and west boundaries of the development. Temporary banner located at the northern entrance off of Costilla and a wrap banner attached to enclosure on internal parking lot. In addition, there is off premise advertising for the Anniversary of the Zoo that is located on the northwestern building wall that will need to be removed.
