NOTE: This plan was denied for illegal signage. If the illegal signage is still up when a re-review is requested, a $100 fee will be assessed prior to further re-inspections.
Per site inspection: a Temporary Construction site "Opening Soon" post and panel sign is located "Off premise" and within the City Right of way. This sign will need to be either moved onto the Advanced Auto Property and out of the right of way or removed completely in order to receive approvals for any sign permits for this tenant.
