Elevation drawing is unclear as to the vertical measurement of green background panel which is considered part of the sign calculation. Scale shows it measuring out at 3'-9" x 10ft which equals 37.5sf. This exceeds what code allows for this tenant space. Space measurement recorded at 21lf x 1.5 = 31.5sf of allowed sign allocation.
Please revise application and re-submit.
