NOTE: This plan was denied for illegal signage. If the illegal signage is still up when a re-review is requested, a $100 fee will be assessed prior to further re-inspections.
(1) There are multiple vehicles within the Colorado Springs Utility Easement that must be removed. (Used car parked under high tension line and a Business Van parked in a non legal parking spot at the north west corner of property.
(2) There is a unpermitted "painted sign" on the east elevation wall that needs to be brought into compliance and legally permitted. - Wall sign without permit - 7.4.406 / 7.4.409.A.1 (
