Add label to existing permanent fixed benchmark - fire hydrant? Top of cap? 5. Show entire limit of disturbance/show full perimeter of this boundary. The existing boundary was left open. 6. Maximum garage square footage is 1200 sf plus 450 sf of storage - this needs to be clearly depicted on the site plan. 7. Source of contour information needs to be indentified. 8. Existing building grade and proposed finished grade topography at a min 2' contour interval needs to be clear and present throughout the entire site. 9. Indentify significant natural features and slopes greater than 25% (see hillside site plan checklist for details) and indicate any natural features to be saved. 10.
