3. Existing lot coverage calculations are incorrect. Please clarify what remaining deck square footage is referring to. Clearly label the existing and proposed structures.
4. The limited geologic hazard report application (included in the submittal set) must be reviewed and approved by city engineering and city planning prior to approval - please send an electronic copy of the report, application and site plan to khyllested@springsgov,com in order to get required signatures and pay the $284 limited geologic hazard report review fee at that time with a credit card or check made payable to the City of Colorado Springs. Note: this site does not qualify for the geologic hazard waiver because undocumented fill was found in the geologic hazard study.
5. In resubmittal documents, include the SIGNED geologic hazard application, hillside siteplan with hillside height calculated elevations, and grading and erosion control plan.
