1) A323 - Elevator pit dimensions do not match elevator submittals
2) E206 - Pit and top of shaft electrical requirements need to be split up into separate details. All branch circuits need to be separate as listed in NEC 620.22, 23 and 24. Lighting Fixtures need to be installed in elevator pit and top of shaft machine space. Main and Cab 110v Disconnects need to be shown as required per Otis submittals. Keynote 3 needs to be removed to eliminate lighting and receptacles at each floor in the hoistway, and 620.85 does not exist in the NEC 2020. Keynote 4 needs removed as elevator shut down (shunt trip) is not allowed in this jurisdiction, remove all notation of shunt trip in this planset.
3) E309 - Elevator controllers are located at 4th floor elevator entrance jamb, revise one line to reflect.
4) FA201 - Remove fire alarm detection in pit, this is a traction elevator and no fire sprinklers are shown in the elevator pit.
5) FA204 - Need fire alarm detection at top of shaft for elevator drive machines. Fire alarm detection must interrupt motorized damper and exhaust fan power in the event of alarm. Fire alarm detection must flash hat ion elevator car.
6) Need documentation from Otis indicating this elevator will be equipped with Fire Rated Suspension Belts.
