After clarification from the design team, these rooms are still transient (no stays longer than 30 days allowed). They are to remain R-1 and to not have all the required components of a dwelling unit.

upon further review, it appears this scope of work is to add kitchenettes in rooms that are not designed for non-transient housing (greater than 30 days). Building permit would be required to change the occupancy of these rooms from R-1 to R-2 to allow non-transient use. Also, all trades associated with this scope of work are to be on one plan set. Do not provide separate plan submittals for each trade.
