Overtime reviews are dependent on staff availability, so there is no guarantee that the review will be expedited. You will only be charged overtime fees if we are able to perform those reviews. If no one is available to take that review on an overtime basis, your plan may end up being reviewed in the regular sequence.

NOTE: This plan was denied for illegal signage. If the illegal signage is still up when a re-review is requested, a $100 fee will be assessed prior to further re-inspections. (1) Per site inspection there are two existing banners on the east elevation wall without permits. - Illegal banner / Banners without permits (PROHIBITED in city limits - Banners are allowed when they are attached to the exterior of a building wall, require a permit and are limited to 90 days display allocation per calendar year)- City Sign Ordinance 7.4.409.F.a.7 (see banner criteria requirements (2) In addition, the post and panel freestanding sign adjacent to Tejon has multiple temporary banners on both sides that will be required to be removed. Faces on this sign would be classified as "face changes" and would not require a permit however temporary banners do not fall into this classification and are prohibited.
