The site was inspected on 07-26-2023 for illegal signage. The flashing/blinking blue light on the Tattoo Sign in the South Elevation Window was inspected for compliance, however the Tattoo Sign in the south elevation window was still flashing/blinking the blue light on the sign. An $100.00 inspection fee will be assessed with the re-submittal of this re-review for the proposed wall sign on the south elevation.
Re-submit this sign permit application when the illegal signage has been brought back into compliance for a re-inspection.

NOTE: This plan was also denied for illegal signage. If the illegal signage is still up when a re-review is requested, a $100 fee will be assessed prior to further re-inspections. 1. There is a flashing/blinking blue light on the Tattoo Sign in the South Elevation Window - Flashing, blinking or chasing window signage is PROHIBITED in City limits. All illuminated signage must be static with no flashing, intermittent lights or lights of varying intensity per City Code §7.4.1309(B).
