Per previous comments per City Code, wall signs are regulated under the commercial use classification and are given a 1.5 sf per linear foot of tenant building frontage. The building on the west elevation calculates out to 19 linear feet which would allow up to 28.5 sf for the west elevation. Per your drawing, the revised proposed wall sign on this elevation exceeds code allocations - measuring 32.35 sf. Revise the wall sign for the west elevation.

The building on the west elevation calculates out to 19 linear feet which would allow up to 28.5 sf for the west elevation. Per your drawing, the proposed wall sign on this elevation exceeds code allocations - measured 38.72 sf. Revise the wall sign for the west elevation.
In addition, per City Code the proposed menu board/ drive through and clearance bar calculates to 10’-6” in height however, the maximum height permitted is 6’-0”. Reduce the height of the drive thru canopy (N14) and the clearance bar (N16) to meet the code requirement.

Denied: Thank you for your submittal. Formal review of application requires structural framing of walls and all buildings in the construction phase on the development prior to permitting. Upon inspection site is currently in the grading phase of construction. In addition, all site plans require a minimum of (2) indicated setback dimensions identifying the location of all ground and freestanding signage.
