(1) Directional sign location on site plan on west side of driveway is located within the City Row. Please re-locate within property boundaries and adjust setback dimensions on site plan.
(2) Pylon sign identification 1 and 2 contradicts with the 150 application - Please cross out the non-proposed signs per application.
(3) Location of Pylon sign will require a Traffic Engineering review prior to Planning approval. Please contact: Patricia Turechek Engineering Technician Public Works/Traffic Engineering Patricia.turechek@coloradosprings.gov
(4) The existing Pylon sign at the Corner of Motor Way and Motor City Drive and the monument sign at entrance of Motor City Drive will be required to be removed upon installation of new pylon sign.

Per formal review requirements please upload plan images of both directional signs along with dimensions. In addition a scaled site plan showing a minimum of (2) indicated setback dimensions (parrallel and perpindicular) of exact sign location. Direction sign #2 appears to be located outside of property boundary lines according to supplied site plan.
Based on proposed locations of Pylon sign #1 there is conflicting information regarding the location. Please identify and clarify with setbacks the proper location.
