Denied:
Thank you for your submittal. Per site plan and GIS maps, this sign is not located within the property boundaries of 150 W. Motor Way. According to the site plan you have staked this sign on a parcel (parking lot without a Principle Structure) which makes this sign classified as an "Off Premise" sign.
In addition based on the location, the sign is within the Traffic line of site triangle and wiould require a review from Traffic Engineering if the sign was on a legal parcel.
Illegal Signage Note:
NOTE: This plan was denied for illegal signage. If the illegal signage is still up when a re-review is requested, a $100 fee will be assessed prior to further re-inspections.
Multiple illegal aframe signs located within the right of way off of Motor Way.

Per application, address listed does not reflect the address on the Plan record. Please update application accordingly along with filling out all indicated sections that are required.
In addition, the location of the pylon sign#2 conflicts with the existing property boundaries and is location outside the addressed boundary. The proposed sign on the application calls out the sign at 32sf x 12ft OAH however the height of the plan image scales out to 25'. There is confusion on both applications so please clarify the listed issues or contact 719-385-5072 for questions.
