(1) Scaled site plan indicating a minimum of two setback dimensions for all ground signs with exact locations (2) Electronic Message Center Compliance Affidavit signed by the property owner
Per City Code, 7.4.1307-C Major Sign Types / Freestanding signs: Electronic Message Centers Code permits up to 50% of the overall square footage of a freestanding sign to be an EMC component. Per proposed submittal the total size of sign is 58sf with 25sf identified as "Static" and 33sf identified as EMC which does not meet the 50% regulation. Please revise proposed plan image and re-submit.
