For all future application submittals, only (1) sign packet is required to be submitted. Currently there is a packet submitted under each category (ie - plan image, site plan and elevation drawing) Planning review requests that you only submit one in the future. Thank you..
Per City Code allocation, Canopy/awning signs are regualted at a .5sf per linear foot of canopy/awning lenght. Upon site inspection the north and south elevation lenghts of the fuel canopy were recorded at 75 linear feet, not the 123 linear feet listed on elevation drawing for canopy. The proposed sign size does not comply with code allocations and signs on the north and south elevations of the canopy will need to be reduced in size to meet an allocated amount of 38sf.
In addition, sign E03 is listed on proposal however there is no elevation drawing for this sign and will need to be updated accordingly.
Also upon inspection the east elevation sign on the building has already been installed without pemritting, please submit explanation for reasoning regarding the non-compliant sign.
Finally, please indicate a north/south setback for monument sign on site plan for exact location verification.
