Formal review of application requires structural framing of walls and all buildings in the construction phase as well as access to all ground sign locations for compliance to setbacks, utilities and external departmental review on the development prior to permitting. Upon inspection site is currently not in this stage. Please re-submit for formal review upon meeting review requirements. In addition, menuboards were not apart of this submittal however do require permitting and compliance to code.
Per City Code, Freestanding signage is regulated based on the linear property frontage that the sign is located.on. This site has the option of two frontages however frontage for the south property line would only allow up to 42sf x 7ft in overall height. Based on the location on the site plan proposed the sign falls within the southern frontage and would not meet code for the size and height. Frontage along the eastern property line is limited to 100sf because if falls within Zone 1 of the CDOT right of way corridor and limited to 22ft in overall height because of the frontage allocation.
