Per formal review for the directional sign City policy requires 75% of directional iconage to be wayfinding, and only 25% to be branding/logo or marketing. Please revise and re-submit.

2. Call 811 to locate all the utilities at the proposed site.
3. If there are no conflicts, an email will be sent to Kurt and you to let you know site is cleared for the proposed location. 4. The sign permit application notes that there is a directional and wall signage being proposed however, the attached documents don't include a wall sign being proposed. In addition, there's a sign type "A" document attached for a low profile sign being proposed but the sign type is not checked on the sign permit application and there's no location being identified on the site plan.
For the re-submittal please provide clarification and note corrected for the re-submittal of the sign permit application and attached documents as to what is being proposed for the residential development located at 1609 Zebulon Drive.
