DENIED: Thank you for your submittal.
Per Formal Review the application requires the infrastructure including sidewalks, streets, and curb and gutter in the construction phase of the development prior to permitting. Upon inspection the site is currently vacant. Please resubmit when the site meets the formal review criteria.
In addition, Prior to Regional Bldg. issuing a sign permit, please contact buckslips@csu.org with Utilities. Your sign location may be in conflict with existing utilities. You will be required to submit a Sign Inspection Request form which can be available by emailing either the address above or kurt.schmitt@coloradosprings.gov. This form will be required with the re-submittal of the sign permit application.
Please follow instructions below: 1. Send an email to buckslips@csu.org with all the documentation you are sending for formal review including proposed locations with distances from sidewalks or curbs, etc. and detail of proposed signs including their footings. 2. Call 811 to locate all the utilities at the proposed site. 3. If there are no conflicts, an email will be sent to Kurt and you to let you know site is cleared for the proposed location. 4.
