Per formal review, City Code requires building permits to be approved as well as a principle structure on the property where an accessory structure is being proposed and permitted. Upon site inspection, neither of these two criteria has been met. In addition, the western column and the main ID sign may be in conflict with City Utilies and will require a formal inspection sign off from their department prior to City Planning approval.
