Thank you for your submittal. Per site inspection, 35ft setback from roadside appears to extend into the property to where the 10ft sign may not fit within the landscape buffer or be very close to the internal curb on eastside of landscape buffer. Please check and confirm the proper setback dimensions.
In addition:
NOTE: This plan was denied for illegal signage. If the illegal signage is still up when a re-review is requested, a $100 fee will be assessed prior to further re-inspections.
(1) An illegal feather banner located in the Northwest corner of property at intersection - Illegal feather /wave banners are PROHIBITED in City limits. Banners are ONLY permitted when they are attached to the exterior of a building wall, require a permit and are limited to 90 days display allocation per calendar year per City Code §7.4.1307(F)(1)(b)(7).
