Banners are allowed when they are attached to the exterior of a building wall, require a permit and are limited to 90 days display allocation per calendar year per City Code §7.4.1307(E). Thank you for your submittal. This site has a shared signage agreement amongst all the north facing tenants that reduces each tenants allocation by 7.8sf. Suite "D" measures out at 22 linear feet which would allow per code (1.5sf per linear foot) up to 33sf total. This minus the 7.8sf would allow up to 25sf for this tenants wall sign. Currently the proposed sign 40sf which exceeds code allocations and will not get approval. Please reduce size of the sign down to 25sf to meet compliance.
