Per formal review your proposed, monument sign location is located within the10' public improvement, utitlity, and drainage easement, and may be in conflict with existing utilities. You will be required to submit a Sign Inspection Request form which can be available at the link below or emailing kurt.schmitt@coloradosprings.gov - This form will be required with the re-submittal of the sign permit application. In order for this review to move forward please follow instructions below. Sign Review Request Link: https://cuc.csu.org/en-US/My-Dashboard/Sign-Review/ You will be required to Call 811 to locate all the utilities at the proposed site prior to contacting CSU. If there are conflicts, revisions for the location will be required and CSU will contact you to discuss. Starting Jan 1, 2025, please update your profile with your address information or the system will reject your submittal. 1) On your site map, please indicate where the sign is being installed, stating dimensions from curbs or other structure. 2) Physically stake your sign location and submit pictures of this to us showing dimensions of nearest utility lines, if in the area. 3) Submit drawings of sign dimensions, include any underground structure details. 4) Include the email confirmation of 811 locating. Formal review of application requires structural framing of walls and all buildings in the construction phase on the development prior to permitting. Upon inspection site is current a vacant lot with no construction work occurring on the site In addition, the site plan requires the dimension from the west property line for the proposed freestanding monument sign.
