Thank you for your submittal. Please see previous comments on original denial. Projecting sign requires a separate review prior to formal sign permit review. This application is separate from the PPRBD application and requires separate fees and different review process through the City's electronic application called Accela. Please contact 719-385-5072 for details on documents and application review process. You are welcome to submit for the flat wall sign for advanced approvals as a revocable permit has as minimum of 14 day review process. This application requires multiple departments to issue comments and is the reasons for the extended review period.

Thank you for your submittal. Per City Code, any sign that projects out beyond the property line into City Right of way requires a "Surface Revocable Permit:. Per proposed sign application, the projecting sign on the north elevation will project out over the property line and therefore requires a revocable permit. This process is separate from the Sign permit application but still requires a sign permit once a revocable has been issued.
