NOTE: Prior to Regional Bldg. issuing a sign permit, please contact Colorado Springs Utilities from the link provided below for formal review. Your sign location may be in conflict with existing utilities. You will be required to submit a Sign Inspection Request form, this form
will be required with the re-submittal of the sign permit application.
You will be required to Call 811 to locate all the utilities at the proposed site prior to contacting CSU. If there are conflicts, revisions for the location will be required and CSU will contact you to discuss.

Starting Jan 1, 2025, please update your profile with your address information or the system will reject your submittal.
1) On your site map, please indicate where the sign is being installed, stating dimensions from curbs or other structure.
2) Physically stake your sign location and submit pictures of this to us showing dimensions of nearest utility lines, if in the area.
3) Submit drawings of sign dimensions, include any underground structure details.
4) Include the email confirmation of 811 locating.
