Per formal review requirements a scaled drawing for the proposed wall signage for the gas canopy is required.
Per City code 7.4.413-D Minor Sign Types, Canopy/Awning signs are restricted to 0.5sf per linear feet of canopy length and are only permitted up to (1) per elevation of canopy. The north/south elevation has a linear length of 32 ft and is over the maximum allowed of 16 sf of wall signage for the gas canopy. The proposed is 20.85 sf as noted by the 8’-6 5/8” x 2’-5 ¼” on the fourth sheet of the submitted plan image. Reduce the size of the proposed wall sign for the gas canopy for the north/south elevations.
