DENIED: Thank you for your submittal.
Per formal review, the plan image calculations for the new sign faces for the existing cabinets state a 8.5 sqft. however the illustrated 51" x 51" measurements don't equal 8.5 sqft. Please resubmit with the correct calculations on the plan image.
NOTE: This plan was denied for illegal signage. If the illegal signage is still up when a re-review is requested, a $100 fee will be assessed prior to further re-inspections.
Upon site inspection the following non-compliant signage was reported: (1) Illegally hung and unpermitted temporary banner on the northern tenant frontage - Illegal banner(s) without permits are PROHIBITED in City limits. Banners are allowed when they are attached to the exterior of a building wall, require a permit and are limited to 90 days display allocation per calendar year per City Code §7.4.1307(E).
