NOTE: This plan was denied for illegal signage. If the illegal signage is still up when a re-review is requested, a $100 fee will be assessed prior to further re-inspections.
(1) Per site inspection, an illegal temporary banner was recorded to be attached to the east elevation of the building - Illegal banner(s) without permits are PROHIBITED in City limits. Banners are allowed when they are attached to the exterior of a building wall, require a permit and are limited to 90 days display allocation per calendar year per City Code §7.4.1307(E), and
(2) Per site inspection, there was one (1) wall sign installed on the south elevation of the building, and there were two (2) wall signs installed on the east elevation of the building - Wall sign(s) without permits are PROHIBITED in City limits per City Code §7.4.1307(A).
Note that sign permits can be obtained for the three (3), existing wall signs without permits provided that the proposed square footage is not over the allowable for either the south or the east elevations.
