Denied: Thank you for your re-submittal.
Per formal review, the proposed maximum signage total is 150.0 sf for the building on the west elevation. The existing west wall is 69.4 sf resulting in 80.6 sf maximum allowed for the remaining west elevation wall signage. The proposed, two (2) wall signs for the west elevation are over the allowable and make sure that the dimensions are to scale.

Per City Code, wall signs are regulated under the commercial use classification and are given a 1.5sf per linear foot of tenant building frontage. The building on the west elevation calculates out to 100 linear feet which would allow up to 150sf. Per your proposed drawing, signs on the west elevation exceed code allocations with the existing sign on the wall. Proposed signage total = 153.75sf - Existing wall sign = 69.4 with a total of 223.15. This leaves an overage of 73.15sf. Please revise the sign permit application to reflect the 150sf total for the west elevation and re-submit.
