DENIED: Thank you for your submittal.
Per formal review, please modify the following items for the proposed, submitted sign permit application request:
1. Label the elevation sheet to reflect the south, north, east or west side(s).
2. Is the existing freestanding sign to be removed upon the installation of the proposed monument sign? If so please provide a text to the appropriate documents.
3. Provide the proposed wall sign square footage under the correct elevation. The north and east elevations have proposed wall sign square footages, however; the proposed wall sign is for the south elevation.
4. Add the length(s) for the building under the store front length: North: 94’, East: 42’, South: 96’, and West: 44’.
5. Provide a dimension from behind the existing sidewalk from the eastern side of the property to the proposed location of the monument sign.
6. Provide a dimension from the internal sidewalk that leads to the entrance of the office building on the east side of the building to the proposed location of the monument sign.
7. Correct the use from commercial to office on the sign permit application.
8. Add the following text "90.5 sf Freestanding Sign (exist.)" under the existing square footage under south west in the blank area on the sign permit application document.
9. Note that the maximum allowed square footage for the proposed monument sign is 34 sf and the proposed measures 34.38 sf. Please reduce the square footage for the proposed monument sign.
