3008 S Academy Blvd that is shown on the Code Study form and on all other sheets of this plan. 3008 has nothing to do with this project. This is an existing lot to remain. Correct the address on all sheets.
A Code Study form is required for the pay station, add the address of 3004 S Academy Blvd to this Code Study form.
The existing Code Study form will have 3002, 3006, 3010, 3010 ½ S Academy Blvd. See Enumerations comments to the City Planning department regarding addressing.
In page A1.01 the street name should be spelled HANCOCK NOT Hankcock. Addressing has been added to this sheet. If this sheet gets changed out, add the addresses back to this sheet as shown.
The address to the 8ft trash enclosure is 3010 ½ S Academy Blvd.
A wrecking permit is required to be in place prior to Enumerations approving this plan.
Approval of this plan is pending in the Enumerations department is for the review the mylar prior to plat, collection of plat fees and a copy of the final recorded plat and the above items.
