Per formal review requirements please see items that need to be addressed below -
1. A scaled site plan with a minimum of (2) indicated setback dimensions are required for all ground signs showing exact location.
2. All application information must be filled out in full
3. ATM machines that are branded are considered signs and must have the dimensions of the branding for approvals
4. CIty code regulates ground/freestanding signage based on the linear frontage along a right of way - the eastern frontage where the freestanding is proposed measures 199 linear feet which would allow up to a 50sf sign not exceeding 12ft overall height. The freestanding sign proposed exceeds city code and must be reduced in size for approval.
