The address of 12950 N Peyton Hwy is the address to the property and the original structures that were intending from the beginning. The El Paso County Assessor’s data base would not list the tower address. Only if the property was owned by the tower. When a project is submitted to Enumerations for the review of a new tower a new address is assigned to the tower from the property. Then each carrier to that tower would receive a separate address.
Before submitting plans to the Zoning and Planning department and then to Regional Building Department, please look at a range of addressing for this location on RBD website to clearly notate the correct address for the tower vs. the land and the tower vs. the carrier address.
The address for Verizon is 12960 N Peyton Hwy not 12950. Change the address on all sheets of this plan to include the Code Study form.
Sheet A-1 should show the street name in the street.
