The water fixture unit count worksheet was received and reviewed. The Utilities Director Kip Wiley cautions that if
the water pressure is determined to be inadequate for the demand, the owner may consider upsizing the water
service line at the owner's expense. Contact the Utilities Department at (719) 687-5208 prior to commencing this
work.

Zoning Development Permit approved by D. Burgess on 7/11/2025 with Conditions of Approval.
SITE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
- Deweed all perimeter landscaping and landscaped parking lot islands.
- Replace all dead and/or dying vegetative landscaping plantings in perimeter landscaping and landscaped parking lot islands.
- All irrigation piping that is exposed in the existing perimeter landscaping and landscaped islands in the parking lot must be properly buried and the drip irrigation emitters must be inspected and replaced as needed.
- Contractor shall schedule a preliminary inspection near the end of construction with City Inspector by calling (719) 243-4507 to create a punchlist prior to finalizing Building Permit.
- Contractor shall notify the City Inspector by calllng (719) 243-4507 and the Planning Dept. by calling (719) 687-5202 that the punchlist is completed and the site is ready for a final inspection
