DENIED: Thank you for your submittal.
Per formal review, please choose which elevation side for the tenant space, either the east or the north, and then write down the text of the linear length on the floor plan and also update the sign permit application to reflect that distance of that chosen elevation. Also, modify the use on the application form from "MX-M" text and replace with "Commercial". Resubmit with the following items completed.
NOTE: This plan was denied for illegal signage. If the illegal signage is still up when a re-review is requested, a $100 fee will be assessed prior to further re-inspections.
Per site inspection, tenant was recorded to have a flashing window sign "Green ATM" - Flashing, blinking or chasing window signage is PROHIBITED in City limits. All illuminated signage must be static with no flashing, intermittent lights or lights of varying intensity per City Code §7.4.1309(B).
