There is no "Approved Sign Application Permit" on file with County Zoning. Please initiate a County Sign Application on the EDARP home screen (epcdevplanreview.com). Under "Getting Started", click "Initiate a Minor Application". Then, enter your email address at the top of the screen, select "Sign Application" in the list, and click "Send Code" at the bottom of the screen. This will send you a confirmation email which leads you through the application process. Once a Sign Application has been reviewed with County Zoning, this stamped plan will need to be included in your PPRBD submittal.
Also - Please note that the shared multi-tenant Master Sign site plan(s) have not yet been approved by County Zoning. Pending EDARP File No. SC2532 has unresolved review comments.
