Denied: Thank you for your submittal.
Per Current Code, this site is regulated as a "Commercial" use which allows up to 1.5sf per linear feet of tenant frontage. Upon site inspection, tenant has 20 linear feet of frontage on the south elevation which allows up to 30sf. The south elevation is proposed at 37.5 sf which puts the sign 7.5 sf over. In addition, per formal review, the plan image illustrating the proposed wall sign must be darker in text and font.
Please reduce sizes of sign to meet current code and darken the plan image of the proposed wall sign and re-submit.
