Per Current Code, this site is regulated as a "Commercial" use which allows up to 1.5sf per linear feet of tenant frontage. Upon site inspection, business tenant has 30 linear feet of frontage on south elevation which allows up to 45sf. The south elevation has a total of 84.5 sf for the two (2) proposed wall signs which puts the sign over the maximum allowed of square footage.
In addition, there’s a proposed wall sign “WELCOME TO THE RANCH” illustrated for the east elevation however there’s no details of this specific sign included in the sign package.
Please reduce the sizes of the south wall signs and provide sign details for the east wall sign and re-submit.
