Denied: Thank you for your submittal.
Per Current Code, this site is regulated as a "Commercial" use which allows up to 1.73sf per linear feet of tenant frontage. Upon site inspection, tenant has 102 linear feet of frontage on south elevation which allows up to 176.46 sf. The south elevation wall sign is proposed at 208.42 sf which puts the proposed wall sign 31.96 sf over. Please reduce sizes of signs to meet current code and re-submit.
In addtion, the submitted drawing for the west elevation is not the same elevation - not sure where the wall sign will be on the west elevation. Update the west elevation drawing and then add the proposed wall sign and re-submit.
Note: The elevation plans submitted for the north, south, east and west state on the bottom area of the sheets that the drawings are not to scale is that accurate? Plans submitted need to be to scale to verify the dimensions of the proposed wall signs.
Resubmit the updated west elevation to reflect the actually constructed west wall, reduce the size of the proposed south wall sign, and update the sheets to state that the elevation drawings for the south, east, north and west wall signs are to scale.
