Thank you for your submittal. Per site inspection, north elevation wall measured 16' which allows up to a 25sf wall sign. Currently the north elevation wall is calculated at 30sf +.
In addition, comments from Traffic Engineering Inspector require the monument sign to be moved east of the existing location a minimum of 3ft (6ft from back of sidewalk).
