Per site inspection, several locations of yard signs were installed in the landscaped areas along Erin Park Drive street frontage – Illegal temporary yard sign(s) in landscape buffer, parking lot, attached to light poles, fences, trees, retaining walls, in landscaping, parking lots or on City infrastructure is PROHIBITED in City Limits per City Code §7.4.1309(A).
In addition, per formal review, the location of the proposed monument sign may be in conflict with Utility easement NOTE: Prior to Regional Bldg. issuing a sign permit, please contact Colorado Springs Utilities from the link provided below for formal review. Your sign location may be in conflict with existing utilities. You will be required to submit a Sign Inspection Request form, this form will be required with the re-submittal of the sign permit application. You will be required to Call 811 to locate all the utilities at the proposed site prior to contacting CSU. If there are conflicts, revisions for the location will be required and CSU will contact you to discuss. Lastly, provide the proposed sign dimensions (to scale) details for Sign IL-27-W-PL and for Sign-33-W-PL on a separate sheet. Resubmit the site plan and the Colorado Springs Utilities approval document only.
