Provide a note on the plans indicating that the Electrical design has a maximum volt drop of 5% per C405.10. Controlled receptacles must be shown on the plan per C405.11 and the symbol used to mark these receptacles must be as shown in article 406.3(E) of the adopted National Electrical Code (NEC). The following general note must be included on the electrical plans: “A Final Commissioning Report shall be delivered to the building owner per section C408.2.5 of the 2021 IECC.” Comply with Colorado Model Electric Ready Solar Ready Code Panel Schedules – two or three pole breaker space for each piece of combustion equipment indicating an equivalent electrical heating load or future heat pump. Floor Plan - receptacle or junction box located near each piece of combustion equipment with no physical obstructions. Labeling - Confirm the junction box, receptacle, and dedicated panel breaker spaces are clearly labeled for their intended future use. Panel Schedule – two pole breaker space at the bottom of the buss labeled “For Future Solar Electric.” Floor plan - Plans must identify at least one "Potential Pathway" for running conduit/raceways from the roof's solar-ready zone to the electrical service panel. EV Site Plan: The EV site plan must clearly indicate the location and type of EV spot. The EV site plan must indicate at minimum the same number of spots as indicated on the Development Plan.
