The exceptions are as follows:
(1) Provide fully louvered door at mechanical room and bathroom.
(2) Add combustion air duct to mechanical room and terminate within 12" of ceiling.
This option also requires the mechanical room door to be non-louvered, self-closing, air-tight, threshold.
One of these options must be chosen and indicated to complete the mechanical review
