All grading must conform with approved hillside site plan. Please note that limit of disturbance boundary and any preservation easements must be marked with 4' orange construction fencing according to approved plan; stockpiling to occur within LOD also according to approved site plan. Hillside site inspections will occur throughout construction to ensure compliance

1. Must show scrub oak clusters & mature trees of 12" diameter to be SAVED within 50' of the limit of disturbance boundary and into the preservation area on site plan. These preserved trees must then be included in the vegetation fee table assessment
2. Show beginning grade/finished grade values at proposed corners of addition
3. stake corners and confirm with Fire inspector that existing vegetation within preservation easement/no build area will be removed (ashley.whitworth@coloradosprings.gov)
4. Proposed retaining wall is very close to no build area. Must allow for construction of wall without any land disturbance/grading to no build area (usually 5-8'). What is distance from wall to no build area? Also include a note "NO land disturbance will occur within the no build area during construction of retaining walls or garage"
5. Confirm total number of garage door car ENTRIES between existing and proposed. Cannot exceed 4 entries total (example: 2 double doors or 4 single doors)
6. Include a point of contact phone number/email address on site plan for hillside inspection coordination
