DISAPPROVE:
The inclusion of a bathroom and the space being heated make
make the structure a Accessory Dwelling Unit
with Accessory Living Quarters.
An ALQ affidavit must be completes, notarized and recorded, then submitted.
Because the structure is now a habitable space the attached
Accessory Living Quarters affidavit is required.
Essentially it says the space will not become a rental.
Must complete the Accessory Living Quarters affidavit.
(1) Affidavit must be signed by all property owners and notarized.
(2) Signed and notarized affidavit must be recorded with the El Paso County Clerk and Recorder.
(3) Obtain a recorded (stamped) copy of the affidavit from the El Paso County Clerk and Recorder.
(4) Upload and submit the following with the plan set through the PPRBD web site:
