1.As of 1/1/25; all decks within Hillside Overlay need to show/label a "limit of disturbance" (LOD) boundary on the site plan. This boundary is to encompass the entire area of construction/scope of work.
2. This property is also with Streamside Overlay. Need to show the outer streamside buffer per City View on site plan. It appears the deck will be within the buffer. Allowed up to 10% impervious coverage within the buffer area. Please show this calculation with resubmittal
Informational: After permit approval, there are two required Hillside inspections: 1.
