This does not appear to be entire structure based on plan R9509.
Need additional clarification:
- Is half of the building still staying commercial and this section being converted to residential?
- Would this be a live-work occupancy? This would require sprinkler systems installed throughout building per chapter 9 of the IBC.
- Is the structure being divided into 2 separate buildings? This would require a separate address.
- Need to provide full set of plans for a change of use or change of occupancy to include site plan, MEP and construction plans, IECC compliance documents as well as a full floor plan of the structure. See our website for plan requirements based on project type. May need to schedule a walk through appointment for additional questions regarding plan submittal type.
