This plot plan appears to be out of proportion.
scaling the southern lot line at 2352.08, yields an east lot line of 748.51, not 648.61 as shown on the plot plan.
the structure is shown very close to the Special flood hazard area.
please have the engineer reach out to Keith Curtis to resolve the spatial issues to confirm the structure does not end up in the floodplain.
