Required Departments: 8
By checking this box, you agree to the following:
Overtime reviews are billed at $100/hour of review time.
Requesting overtime is optional. If I don’t request it, my plan will still be reviewed in the order submitted.
Overtime reviews are dependent on staff availability, so there is no guarantee that the review will be expedited. You will only be charged overtime fees if we are able to perform those reviews. If no one is available to take that review on an overtime basis, your plan may end up being reviewed in the regular sequence.

An addition to the primary residence is a change to the zoning footprint, which requires a Zoning Development Permit (ZDP) to properly verify and document conformance with the City Municipal Code. Use the City Multi-Use Zoning Development Permit which can be downloaded from the City's website at:
https://woodlandpark.gov/235/Forms-Documents
Please note the Site Plan requirements as outlined within the ZDP application and as shown on the Site Plan example in the application. Show set property corners found - these are set by a surveyor and are usually #4 or #5 rebar driven into the ground. If it is a certified point, it will have a plastic or brass cap with the surveyor's Colorado registration number. Offset distances to the structure are measured perpendicular to the nearest property line (not parallel with the structure that the submitted Site Plan shows).
Please contact the Woodland Park Planning Department at (719) 687-5202 with questions. Disapproved for Zoning at this time to progress plan set on to PPRBD's reviewers but cannot be approved by WP Zoning without approval of the ZDP.
